Product Introduction

The Sacrificial Anode for Seawater Cooling Water System is an electrochemical protection device used in seawater environments to prevent metal corrosion. It is mainly used for cathodic protection of cooling pipes and heat exchange systems.
Highly Effective Corrosion and Adhesion Resistance
Utilizing a patented aluminum-zinc-indium-cadmium alloy, a protective current is released through sacrificial anodes to prevent metal corrosion. Simultaneously, the alloy surface structure inhibits the deposition of shellfish and algae, ensuring long-term unobstructed operation of pipes and heat exchangers and extending their service life by 5-8 years.
Seawater Environment Resistance
The material has undergone high salt spray and high humidity immersion tests, proving its long-term stable operation in marine, power plant, and chemical seawater systems, reducing the risk of downtime due to corrosion or blockage.
