A demineralization system is a treatment system that removes dissolved salts and minerals from water to provide high-purity water, ensuring stable operation of boilers, cooling or process circulation systems and reducing scaling and corrosion.

Ultra-high Purity Water and High Desalination

A dual-stage RO membrane and EDI module are used for desalination, achieving a water resistivity ≥15MΩ·cm and a desalination rate of 99.99%, meeting the water standards for chip manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and high-pressure boilers.

 

Stable Operation
An intelligent flushing system periodically flushes the RO membrane, reducing membrane fouling by approximately 80%. Combined with corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel piping, it ensures long-term stable water output.

 

Energy Saving and Intelligence
The EDI module requires no acid or alkali regeneration. Combined with an energy recovery device, the power consumption per unit of water produced is 1.2 kWh. Water quality is monitored in real-time via a mobile app, with automatic alarms for exceeding standards.
